One and a quarter inches equals 31.75 mm. A 1-1/4-inch grommet label does not automatically mean it is intended for a cable of that diameter.
Identify the referenced dimension on the drawing. Check the mounting hole, panel thickness, passage size and flange clearance. Include connectors and the required cable clearance in the installation plan.
Select the compound for temperature and fluid exposure. A general grommet does not repair exposed wiring or provide a universal chemical barrier. Verify any sealing or strain-relief requirements separately from basic edge protection.
