A 30 mm blanking rubber grommet closes a specified unused opening. Confirm whether 30 mm describes the mounting-hole diameter or another dimension on the drawing.
Check the panel-thickness range, insertion depth and retaining features. Prepare the opening and install the plug according to its instructions. A closed center alone does not establish a reliable seal.
Fire, electrical, chemical and environmental requirements need appropriate specifications and evidence. Do not infer them from the size or rubber material. Select the compound for the actual exposure and verify retention and any required sealing in the assembly.
