For a panel passage, check the cutout, panel thickness, cable diameter and connector clearance. A correctly sized edge grommet is not automatically a sealing component.
Specify the service temperature and relevant fluids or weather exposure. Confirm the material, quantity, packaging and available sizes with the supplier. For a custom part or specified assortment, provide the required drawings and parts list for review and quotation rather than assuming a standard kit meets the project.
