A 3/4-inch ID rubber grommet has a nominal internal passage of 19.05 mm. Confirm the mounting-hole size and panel-thickness range separately.
Check the flange and groove dimensions, cable clearance and installation access. Inspect delivered parts for damage or deformation rather than assuming flexibility makes poor packaging harmless.
Rubber compounds vary in electrical, thermal and chemical properties. A general grommet does not establish an insulation rating or a water seal. Choose a documented grade for the intended conditions and verify any required performance in the complete assembly.
