White grommets are usually made of silicone because silicone is safe, environmentally friendly, odorless, and can be in direct contact with food and skin. We often see silicone grommets in food processing machines and children’s toys. Due to its non-adhesive property with human tissue, it has an anticoagulant effect, making it especially suitable for medical equipment.
White grommets have excellent temperature resistance and can operate for extended periods within a temperature range of -55°C to 180°C (-67°F to 356°F). If made from special high-temperature resistant silicone material, the maximum temperature can even reach 800°C (1472°F) or higher, making them especially suitable for high-temperature environments.
Our factory uses a digital color grading system. Whether it is a white grommet or colored grommets, you only need to provide the Pantone number or color samples, and we can produce it. The coloring service is, of course, free of charge.
White Grommets Custom Process
Step 1: Please email us or submit a form to inform us of the required grommet sizes and any special requirements, such as oil resistance, high-temperature resistance, UV resistance, etc.
Step 2: We will provide samples for you to test based on your specifications.
Step 3: Once the sample is confirmed, we will begin mass production according to the approved quality standards. This process takes approximately 5-10 days.
Step 4: We will ship the goods to your address via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or by sea.
