Anaerobic reaction sealing plug, commonly referred to as rubber stopper, is utilized in a range of applications. Rubber-hole plugs are ideal for filling holes in a wide range of items. These rubber plugs are typically used to seal components, particularly those that contain chemicals or are exposed to extreme temperatures. This is due to the fact that an anaerobic reaction sealing plug is specifically designed for applications that require heat and chemical resistance. Rubber plugs are available in various forms and sizes, and they can even be custom produced to fit any location. The rubber plugs are perfect for masking or concealing items during high-temperature powder coating procedures, as well as anaerobic applications requiring sterility.
Rubber is a useful material to use for anaerobic reaction sealing plug because it is heat and cold resistant. Temperatures range from -118°C to 316°C. Weathering, oxidation, and water resistance are all high points. If it comes into contact with chemicals, it won’t be a huge deal because silicone rubber is chemically resistant. Because it is odorless and tasteless, rubber is an excellent material for culinary and anaerobic applications. When the plug is put into a hole, it stretches, tightening and securing the seal as it is released. When the job is done, another pull stretches it out, reducing friction and allowing it to be removed. In some circumstances, these plugs can be reused.
From prototypes to small runs to huge production runs, we can handle it everything. We are dedicated to learning about each of our customers’ requirements so that we may build the ideal stopper according to their layout and material specifications. For situations where off-the-rack list items don’t work, we make custom rubber stoppers, covers, and plugs. We can custom-compound rubber for protection from heat, synthetics, and for all intents and purposes, any climate, and we can design stopper, cap, and plug shapes for complex measurements.
