Bulkhead grommets are primarily rubber-based eyelets used to run materials like wires and other things through a firewall. Bulkhead grommets are very important and small but have a significant effect on how things work in firewalls. Bulkhead grommets are divided into small sections with curves on them and are designed in a more cylindrical cone. This means it has a small circular opening on one side and a larger opening on the other.

The only difference between the two is that a single bulkhead grommet is slightly more expensive than a rubber grommet, mainly because of its customization. You can cut off the parts on a bulkhead grommet that you cannot do on a regular grommet. Cutting off a piece on the joint and standard grommet would mean that the product can no longer be used. Bulkhead grommets are a must use for those running cables through which diversify into various parts.
