An extra large grommet is used across several industries, but most commonly in the automotive industry. 

An extra large grommet is a grommet whose inner diameter is larger than 5 cm or 150 mm. As you can see, that is far greater compared to a regular-sized grommet. In most cases, the largest extra large grommet you could find is 120mm or 2mm in diameter.
