Angled rubber grommets guide a cable through a panel at a specified orientation. The profile can help accommodate the local route when a straight passage is unsuitable.
Check the mounting opening, panel thickness, passage diameter and entry angle. Follow the cable's bend-radius and movement requirements. An angled neck should not force a tighter bend than the cable allows.
Choose the compound for temperature and fluid exposure. Rubber is not universally chemical-proof, and an angled profile does not automatically provide a water seal or strain relief. Verify seating, clearance and any required performance in the complete assembly.
