A cord bushing provides a specified interface where a cord enters an enclosure or panel. Some products protect an edge; others also provide strain relief or sealing when installed as specified.
Match the cord size, cutout and panel thickness to the drawing. Follow the retaining method rather than adding adhesive as an improvised fix. Adhesive should be used only when the product and assembly instructions require a compatible type.
