The use of fire-resistant rubber is really wide and necessary at some point. There is almost no industry that does not use fire-resistant rubber. The automotive industry, the aerospace industry, the mining industry and even the construction industry simply cannot imagine their work without this rubber. These rubber are made of high-quality material that is resistant to fire and open flame. You offer a large number of different fire-resistant rubber, according to the purpose for which you need it. They are most often used for insulation, especially for the insulation of chimneys and other parts that conduct smoke. Here we also include smoke extractors in various means of transport. They are also very suitable for sealing.
We have already mentioned that you can find several different fire-resistant rubbers on the market. So you can find those made of EPDM, fluoroelastomer, neoprene, silicone and many others. Whatever it is, it can be used as an insulator or coating that is fire resistant.
These materials also slow down the flame. When it comes to EPDM tires, they are produced in two types: flame resistant and heat resistant. So not every EPDM tire needs to be low fire resistance. However, they are very durable and resistant to ketone solvents, oxidants and even atmospheric agents. They are very flexible and can be used for shaving, connecting sleeves, weather insulation, and various barriers and on guard.
Fluoroelastomer tires are quite resistant to high temperatures but also hydraulic fluids. That is why they are very often used in hydraulic pumps, for releasing the gases of jet engines and the like. However, due to the high fluoride concentration, these tires should not be used at too high a temperature as hazardous gas may be formed. For much higher temperatures, it is best to use an unwashed gun whose operating temperature is 93 degrees Celsius. This rubber is quite resistant to both oils and chemicals, and burns only at 250 degrees c. however, silicone rubber is at the forefront in terms of resistance, hardness and durability. It is an excellent insulator, safe for food and withstands temperatures from -60 to + 230 degrees.
