To install the grommet you don’t need to hire somebody, you can do it yourself. The hardest thing to do, if we can say that it’s hard, is taking good measurements of the hole you want to support or the pipe you want to protect since it has to be tight. After that, it is pretty straightforward. You insert the grommet in the hole and you make sure it is a tight fit. If you are installing the grommet on the pipe you have to pull the grommet on the pipe so it becomes airtight and no water should leak. 

Make sure to run tests and see if the grommet is doing its job. Test if it is leaking with a paper towel underneath so you save the other parts. Last but not least, make sure you choose the color right so it matches your color scheme. This is vital if you find the appearance of your setup.
